Role:   Validation of the electric vehicle level EEE architecture and integration of all the ECU’s onto a vehicle platform

Technical/ Functional Responsibilities:

 

  • Vehicle electrical Integration and validation of EEE architecture in an electric vehicle.
  • e-powertrain integration validation on vehicle.
  • EV Vehicle electrical architecture validation.
  • CAN Log analysis and debugging of the vehicle during fault scenarios
  • Failure mode verification and analysis at a vehicle level
  • Familiar with Harness routing, Isolation measurement, Signal and spike measurements, Aux battery validation etc


Specific expertise required for functional area:

  • Familiar with electric vehicle standards and regulations including AIS, ISO26262 functional safety amongst others.
  • Familiar with testing standards which govern reliability and durability testing
  • Familiar with vehicle integration level DVP testing on electric vehicle. 
  • Basic knowledge on software architectures and algorithm validation, can communication etc
  • Hands on knowledge on testing equipment, instrumentation and CAN loggers etc

Knowledge in software tools like CANOE, VehicleSpy etc will be an add-on.
