Qualification – Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Experience – 8+ years.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Battery Busbar design using Siemens CAD NX.
  • 3D modelling and 2D drafting of component using NX.
  • Component release in the PLM system using Teamcentre.
  • Addressing DFM/DFA/DFS issues related to the component.
  • Co-ordination with R&D cross functional teams (Mechanical Packaging/Harness/BMS etc.)  for timely release of components

Technical/ Functional Domain

  • Knowledge of battery, cell – cell connection and components.
  • Strong expertise in modelling and drafting of sheet metal components.
  • Well verse with modelling and drafting commands of Siemens NX.
  • Knowledge of Sheet metal, welding and other known manufacturing processes.
  • Software skills: Siemens CAD Package NX, TC and MS Office.
