Position           : SP (R&D- Cell Testing)

Experience      : 8+ years in Battery/Cell Testing

Job Description:

• Strong understanding of lithium-ion batteries, including performance, electrical, mechanical, endurance and environmental testing methodologies, and certification processes within the automotive industry.
• Proven experience in executing the DVP test plans for battery and cell testing specifically tailored to automotive industry.
• Must have in depth expertise in Accelerated test for lifecycle testing of Battery and Cell.
• Must have experience in developing tests for studying various cell properties under different conditions.
• Experience in thermal analysis of battery & Cells
• Lead experiments to better understand the implications of different battery cell design parameters on cell life and usage.
• Experience in using various cells and chemistries; 21700, pouch and prismatic
• Knowledge of safety protocols for Li-Ion batteries
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete the high quality task with minimum amount of supervision
• Prioritising the test, Maintaining the test facility and provide suggestion in upgrading the test facility for the Battery and Cell DVP test.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for internal and field failure
• Knowledge of the running CELL test on any Tester.
