ROLE PROFILE/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Onboarding of Channel Partners on to the BACL Platform to create a network of different lead partners -Online & Offline includes BC. – Lead Generation as Primary KRA
- Responsibility of all Channel Partner service related activities, tracking & monitoring of business through Field Team.
- Close Coordination with Field Team for conversion & with Support functions like IT, Product, Credit and Ops for Process development & deployment of various modules
- Undertaking IT integration projects for fulfilling business requirements
- Analysis of traffic and business being driven from various external channel partners and co-ordination for corrective actions.

- To Drive & Increase the Digital/ Aggregator business contribution focusing Premium Segment Vehicles contribution.
- New aggregator acquisition onboarding & business development with existing set of Aggregators. To ensure growth in Lead Management business.
- Ensuring Leads Quality and Conversion.
- Bringing new ideas and initiative by keeping eye on market/ competition.
- Extend full support & assistance to field team in driving & achieving the AOP numbers. MIS tracking and coordinating with field for conversion of logins and Enquiries.
