Technical/Functional

  1. Understanding and exposure to administrative functions in manufacturing environment.
  2. Should be conversant with various process in Vendor life cycle i.e vendor registration, PO preparation, billing to discharge of payment etc.
  3. Awareness of various Legal/statutory requirements of all administrative functions
  4. Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel & PPT)
  5. Understanding and exposure to cost reduction techniques in Admin function
  6. Preferably should have knowledge of TPM, ISO 14001; OHSAS etc. , Should demonstrate Continuous improvement (Kaizens) in all administrative functions.

  1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Role Based - Std Library)
  1. Managing various administrative functions (Canteen, Transportation, Housekeeping, Guest house operation, Horticulture etc. ).
  2. Ensuring effective utilization of manpower/resources in all administrative functions.
  3. Ensuring optimum/ effective utilization of funds in providing congenial work environment in the work premises.
  4. Liaising and efficiently co-coordinating with the various vendors/organizations for the finalization of deliveries as per service level agreements.
  5. Driving and implementing various cost optimization initiatives in all administrative functions.
  6. Fleet management for Senior Executive vehicles, Travel desk management, Courier services etc. though team of associates.
  7. Preparing & Submitting various MIS to Management.
  8. Drafting & implementing SOP’s of all administrative functioning & standardization of processes.
  9. Liaison with Government Authorities related to various administrative function.
  10. Upkeep of infrastructure and equipment related to administrative functions.
