Reporting To: Business Excellence Manager / Plant Head


Role Summary:

The TPM Manager will support the deployment of Enterprise operating system , TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives across production operations. The role focuses on driving Policy Deployment , quality enhancement, and cost optimization while fostering a culture of operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • TPM Implementation:
    • Support TPM pillar activities and drive shop-floor engagement.
    • Conduct TPM audits and assist in action plan execution.
  • Lean Manufacturing Support:
    • Facilitate 5S, Kaizen, and waste elimination initiatives.
    • Assist in Value Stream Mapping and process standardization.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify improvement opportunities using root cause analysis and Six Sigma tools.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (OEE, downtime, quality).
  • Training & Awareness:
    • Conduct awareness sessions on TPM, Lean, and safety practices.
    • Support capability building across teams through structured learning modules.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain records of improvement projects, audits, and compliance.
    • Prepare dashboards and reports for management review.
    • Application for Awards

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automobile/Production Engineering.
  • Exposure to TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and digital reporting tools.
