  1. JOB PURPOSE

 

Technical Trainer is responsible for pan India Technical Trainings to be rolled out to Dealership Staff. The role requires the  Trainer to gather training needs, develop content, deploy training modules and monitor for effectiveness.

5. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1 Training to Dealer Manpower

1.1 Prepare training plan and training calendar based on untrained manpower data.

1.2 Provide training to dealer manpower and BAL team.

1.3 Post training skill evaluation, keeping training records .

2 Development of Training SOPs

2.1 Coordination with Technical team to keep track of new changes in product and procedures.

2.2 Development of SOPs and training materials based on the changes.
