Job Role & Responsibilities
|

Responsibilities :
- Understanding customer expectations of and needs from a product.
- Developing supplier quality control processes.
- Supervising staff and monitoring vendor parts standards.
- Examining the quality of raw materials that are used in production.
- Rejecting products that fail quality standards.
- Producing statistical reports on quality standards.
- Field failure analysis EFR / Warranty & initiating actions with interface departments.
- Knowledge in IATF16949 and TPM

Technical/ Functional:
Technical
- Sound knowledge on supplier quality processes, NCDS & problem solving.
- Sound knowledge in & trouble shooting of issues.
- Basic Knowledge on vehicle parts functions is must.
- Basic Knowledge on homologation controls is must.
Functional
- Able to administrate team on 3~5 members.
- Able to educate and motivate teams in achieving the goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain good harmony and quality culture within and interface functions.

Specific expertise required for functional area:
