Responsibilities:
• Cost estimation for new parts at development stage • Zero base costing & price settlement of the PCB, Electronic part assemblies • Rate changes periodically for RM, Design changes & Conversion changes etc. • Understandings of capacities of electronics parts
• Cost saving initiatives • Vendor PQCDSM improvements

Competency Requirements |
Technical/ Functional:
• Proficient in Electrical/ Electronic automotive vehicle system. • Knowledge of vehicle powertrain and the interfaces arising out of electrification. • Knowledge about automotive industry standards and regulations, applicable globally. • Having thorough knowledge in electronic parts, assemblies & its processes. • Good understanding of all applicable standards/ regulations and their application • Experience in quality systems of electronic components for automotive application –CDI, ECU, voltage Regulator, sensors, digital instrument clusters (speedometers) • Competition bench marking with similar parts, VA/ VE • PFMEA • Should have good engagement with Tier 1 & Semiconductor Manufacturing and distributors
