Job Role & Responsibilities |

Responsibilities:
• Drawing Study of part & correction feedback to R&D if any. • To have in depth knowledge on Semiconductors (Active & Passive components)
• To conduct R@R (Run at Rate) at vendors. To review DR, IPO & IA documents. • To get SIR completed of parts as per plan. • To ensure necessary Poka Yoke / interlocks for fool proof assembly/manufacturing process of parts at vendor. • Proactive corrections in process to get zero defect supplies from vendors. • Timely cost estimation of parts. • To ensure timely release of POs to inward the parts as per planned schedule. • Study process to improve detectability of the defects. • To deliver the parts in time for batches at plant & R&D as per requirement. • To complete development of parts as per schedule to meet SOP in time. |

Competency Requirements |
Technical/ Functional:
• Depth knowledge in Active & Passive semiconductor devices
• Well versed with SAP system & Operating of Team Centre. • Proficient in Electrical/ Electronic automotive vehicle system. • • Knowledge about automotive industry standards and regulations, applicable globally. • To have thorough knowledge in couplers, terminals, wires, cables & fuses etc.,
• Good understanding of all applicable standards/ regulations and their application • Process review & upgradation of the process. • PFMEA, DFMEA, DRBFMA (Design review based on failure mode analysis), PRBFMA (Process review based on failure mode analysis)
