Job Role & Responsibilities
|
Role: Planned Maintenance Manager
|
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of Vehicle Assembly, Engine assembly, Machine Shop Equipments
- Conveyer system (Slat & Over Heads, Power & Free conveyers (Vinar, Daifuku)
- Interfacing with Digital systems like MES /IOT
- Good hand on experience in PLC System -Mitsubishi Program, diagnose, and repair Mitsubishi FX & R Series PLCs, ensuring seamless integration with HMIs and SCADA Genesis.
- Automation & Robotics -Fanuc, Yashakawa, Maintenance of Robots, AGV, of different make.
- Maintenance of Vehicle testing dynos with PC based control, VIN Marking Machines & Other equipments in shop
- Expertise in Mechatronics (Mechanical/Pneumatic/Hydraulic)
- Hands on of IOT, SCADA and Andon System
- Participation in commissioning the new machine and planning for regular maintenance
- Reconditioning of machines based on life, capacity, debottlenecking etc.
- Logic modification, Improvements as per production requirements, concept freezing for improvements and executions.
- Good Hands-on experience on Operation & Maintenance of Utilities in plant – Compressed air system, Water Management, UPS systems, Comfort Cooling, Air conditioning Maintenance and Management, chiller, DM / RO Plant, Water Treatment Plant and ETP/STP, AHU, AC systems, Pipelines, Fuel – NG, Petrol, Diesel – Storage & Distribution
- Knowledge of Civil Engineering works and associated utilities project commissioning
- PM System Implementation – TPM Way
Safety & Compliance:
- Enforce safety protocols for equipments & shop area, Understanding of the legal applicable norms and compliance.
- Monitoring equipment parameters / Energy consumption.
Team Leadership:
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Manage shift schedules to align with production targets and maintenance windows.
Budget & Spare Parts Management:
- Spares Planning and Control
- Budget preparation and execution.
- Process review & upgradation of the process, SOPs, and OCP.

Competency Requirements
|
Technical/ Functional:
- Operational and troubleshooting knowledge of PLC, CNC, Robots , Automations Operational & trouble shooting of utilities viz. compressor, chiller, DM / RO Plant, Water Treatment Plant and ETP/STP, AHU, AC systems
- Energy Management using renewable and non-renewable sources
- Greenfield project experience
- Knowledge about automotive industry best practices related to Productivity, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Safety.
- Hands on experience in Utilities (Electrical and Civil)
- Good experience in design engineering, Installation, Commissioning of equipment & Projects
- Good understanding of all applicable standards/ regulations and their application
- Well versed with SAP system.
- Should be well conversant with ISO 9001,14001 and 18001/45001 system. Certified internal auditor of QMS and/or OHSAS system will have added advantage.
- TPM awareness
- Command over IT tools like Excel, Power Point etc.
- Worked in Green Field or Brown Field Projects
