| Drive Industry 4.0 initiatives including IoT-enabled monitoring, condition-based maintenance, and data analytics Implement predictive maintenance using vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and real-time diagnostics Integrate equipment with SCADA / MES platforms for centralized monitoring and control Develop dashboards for OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and downtime analytics PLC & Control Systems Program, diagnose, and troubleshoot Mitsubishi FX & R Series PLCs Ensure seamless integration with HMI and SCADA systems (Genesis or equivalent) |
