| 5. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | ||
| 1. Lead end-to-end program execution for NPD initiatives from concept to launch. | ||
| 2. Define project scope, objectives, develop and manage program timelines and plan project budget for new vehicle programs. | ||
| 3. Work with senior management to finalize product positioning, target specifications and cost target. | ||
| 4. Lead Cross Functional teams including R&D, Manufacturing, Component Development, Engineering, Quality, Marketing & Sales teams to ensure timely delivery. | ||
| 5. Prepare Product cost vs target and and monitor the progress till production. | ||
| 6. Identify potential risks (technical, supply chain, or regulatory) early in the project. | ||
| 7. Lead pilot build and production ramp-up activities. | ||
| 8. Ensure all vehicle programs meet homologation, emission, safety and regulatory standards. | ||
| 9. Work closely with manufacturing and development teams to ensure smooth Start of Production (SOP). | ||
| 10. Provide periodic program status updates (weekly/monthly) to senior management. | ||
| 11. Facilitate regular program review meetings to monitor progress and resolve interdepartmental conflicts. | ||
