Job Role & Responsibilities

Applicable parts : All Anodized, Zinc plated & Powder coated parts

• Clutch Assembly
• Brake system
• Fork
• Shock Absorber
• Cannister
• Exhaust Catalyst
• EGR Valve/ Oil Cooler
• Flex Tubes
• CNG Cylinder & Kits
• Anti-roll bar

New Models :

• Ability to evaluate cost effective alternatives of Surface treatment processes.
• Knowledge of setting up a new surface treatment line. Awareness of good facility providers for equipment & chemicals.
• A good idea of  costing of each surface treatment process.
• Knowledge of good sources for each surface treatment.

Post productionization:

• Deep knowledge of process flow of each surface treatment process & the parameters to be maintained in each stage.
• Aware of the most frequently occuring quality defects in each surface treatment process.
• Able to carryout Vendor audits & sub vendor audits as per check sheet, as per a schedule.

 EFR/Warranty : 

• Quick analysis of Field failures in Surface Treatment.
• Ability to identify the process errors & carrying audits at concerned  vendors / subvendors.
• Quick restoration of the surface treatment processes.
