Job Role & Responsibilities |
Role: Cost finalization, purchase ordering and amendments for press and welded route parts (mig welded & spot welded) |

Responsibilities:
Vertical Responsibilities: Coordination of digitization of cost sheets for 2wh & CV parts (BIW- Chassis, body cabins, motorcycle frame, exhausts etc)
Horizontal Responsibilities: Zero based costing of press and fabricated route parts, finalization of the costs, capacity planning for the responsible part families and vendor capability improvements.

Competency Requirements |
Technical/ Functional: Knowledge of drawing study, press part processes, joinery processes (mig weld, spot weld etc), knowledge of zero based costing, capacity calculations, TPM etc.

Behavioral Confident, Young, dynamic, intelligent, and good team player. Good communication skills for technical & commercial topics resolution with vendor counter parts & vendor capability improvement monitoring with concern vendors including tier 2,3…
