Job Role & Responsibilities

Role:  Process and fixture design approval for 2 wh press and fabrication route parts

Responsibilities:

 

Vertical Responsibilities: Coordination of development for medium and small fabricated parts group

 

 

 

Horizontal Responsibilities:

Process design, DFM study and resolution with R&D, Fixtures DAP approvals (Design Approval Prints) for 2wh. Medium and small fabricated  components

Competency Requirements

Technical/ Functional:

Knowledge of drawing study for petrol tanks, chaincases, srtands designing of manufacturing process for the same - MIG welding, spot welding, fixture DAP approvals

 

 

Behavioral

Confident, Young, dynamic, intelligent, and good team player. Good communication skills for technical DFM resolution with R&D counter parts, Vendor counter parts – Team lead position

 

 

Specific expertise required for functional area:

 

Drawing study and process design, fixture concept and design approval- press and fabricated route parts  family for 2wh.
