Job Role & Responsibilities |
Role & Responsibilities: |
|
- QSR monitoring and action to reduce QSR & vendor IHR. - EFR issue analysis and corrective action plan and input to PRBFM/DRBFM. - Closure of NCR /PIS as per given timeline. - Manage the root cause analysis and corrective actions process of supplier quality issues. - Understanding, exploring, and establishing the new technology and process control points for sustenance of quality. - Supplier visits for root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions of supplier quality issues - Vendor process audit as per IPO. - Review and evaluate supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain - New models R @ R activities. - Vendor system audit as per QMS / 20 basic system. - Development and implementation of best practices to ensure defect prevention, reduction in variety, reduction of waste, cost. - Interface with CQA /PQA /Purchase /Component development teams - Lead vendor quality team for Quality defects analysis and reduction. - Documentation: DR4 documents, inspection agreement & acceptance criteria, PQS, PDI and Limit sample sign off. - Monitoring & release of SIR for new, existing , duplicate sources & models. |
