5. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Title: Manager –

 

Technical / Functional Competencies:

  1. Experience working on data Analytics, reporting platforms, Management information systems.
  2. Experience of working in a tech support ecosystem.
  3. Knowledge of Vehicle sales, service & support processes is a must
  4. Systems knowledge of sales, services and customer support platforms
  5. Managing multiple and cross-functional stakeholders
  6. Experience of managing Govt. subsidies or similar is a plus

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master data management & reconciliation for dealer, product, price, customer & subsidies data
  • Data analysis for creating Management Information reports.
  • Monitoring government subsidy claims processes and validating claims data
  • Coordinating between dealers’ teams, field teams, finance team to ensure dealer compliance on processes and govt compliance.  
  • Monitoring of various KPIs and follow up with dealers and field sales / service teams on compliance and adherence.
  • Supporting BU team in MIS reports and ad-hoc data requirements.
  • Coordination with Finance, insurance, payment gateway service providers for support & new initiatives.
