About the Role:

Bajaj Auto has embarked on a transformation journey. Many digital tech initiatives are being planned to be rolled out as part of this transformation. The ideal candidate will be managing the Digital products & ensuring the delivery of programs. Should be self-directed, highly skilled in managing different teams, hunger to ensure adherence and desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.

Key responsibilities:

1.         Product roadmap

Define and own the digital product roadmap, aligning with overall business goals.

Identify and evaluate opportunities for innovation in Dealer and Customer experience using digital tools and platforms.

2.         Market and Competitive Analysis

Conduct research on customer needs, market trends, dealer processes and competitor

offerings

Leverage data to identify gaps and prioritize feature development or enhancements.

3.         Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with senior management, sales, service and operations teams to align digital products with business objectives.

Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders

Conduct regular reviews & take up prioritization of product features for deployment.

4.         Product Lifecycle Management

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, from ideation to deployment and

optimization.

Define product requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with customer needs

and KPIs

5.         Performance Metrics and Reporting

Define KPIs for Customer experience metric NPS, Dealer NPS and process improvements based on the NPS feedback.

Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions for continuous

improvement.

Qualification and Skills

  • Total 7+ years of work experience of which 4-5 years’ experience in Digital product management  role in a start-up environment that runs in an agile manner
  • Preferred work experience in Automotive/ IT/Banking/ Finance/ Insurance domain.
  • Profound knowledge in Automotive process & Digital product management
