- JOB PURPOSE
Ensure smooth operations of MCD Plant’s Export Assembly Division and meet the Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly/ Yearly Production and Export Dispatch target.
Daily 5K – 6K produced vehicles are supplied to export market in CKD / SKD / PLP Modes. Rigorous monitoring of PQCDSME parameters for continuous improvement through TPM Way of working. Continuous interface with cross functional departments like Engine Assembly, Paint Shop, ME, QA, PPC & Vendors for Improvements & challenges to get their support and achieve targets.
Close interaction with Service Providers & cell members working on various conveyor lines in Export Assembly to achieve daily output and resolve labour issues and support them for removing their pain areas. Own/support activities related to New Model Introduction, Output/Man/IRU/ Loadability Improvement, Packaging Cost reduction proposals, New Technology Adaptation, Engineering change (ECN) Implementation etc. On job training and development of newcomers.
Cell member strength of MCD Export Assembly is @ 500+ working in two shifts. Export Assembly has 4 conveyors. Production is done in both shift basis. Position requires working in Shifts.

BE - Mechanical Engg. OR Production & Industrial Engg. from renowned institution |

Target Industry: Automotive Vehicle Assembly, Automotive Warehouse Management & Outbound logistics. |

Additional Requirements |
Understanding of assembly processes, work content measurement & line balancing techniques. Hands on experience and deep understanding of SAP production transaction codes & ability to Identify gap for Improvements. |
