This is a central role at International level with a purpose of driving the ABP exercise and analyzing competition data, making insightful reports and deciding on way forward.

5. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Drive ABP exercise for the International Business in Q4 to analyse  information and data to and see if a strategy can be created out of the recent successes for the entire EBU business,

2. Process Improvements – Identifying best practises from across regions, making life easier and improve co-ordination

3. Financial governance and analysis: PO process , end to end governance on the process, take it to next phase by digitizing it

4. Sharing the Quarterly Review Reports – essentially  BRC with the leadership, sharing, keeping track of and analyzing wrt. competition -monthly port data, MIS etc, Market Research for marketing team

5. Database management for Export data -Maintain Export data, Bajaj dispatches, BRC and ABP numbers, Business data, historical ABP and BRC database, PV Maps,Market research data
