Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create and manage all kinds of learning initiatives for the region in line with corporate L&D strategy.
  • Identify training need, design programs in alignment with business goals and deliver these programs using multiple channels such as ILT, online, etc.
  • Design and deliver new joiner inductions, refresher programs and all kinds of product and process, system and soft skill programs.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements to ensure they meet the desired outcomes
  • Manage LMS and other learning platform along with managing training vendors and consultants.

Core Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey training material clearly and effectively
  • Assessing training needs, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and making data-driven decisions
  • Designing and developing content for different platforms- E learning, classroom, etc.
  • Exposure to behavioral programs and Assessment Centre will be added advantage.

Description

  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in designing, developing and conducting product, process & soft skill training
  • Qualification: MBA-HR/Master/PG in Psychology/Sociology
  • Location: Pune
