ROLES & RESPONSIBILTY

  1. Create, monitor and track the product strategy, AOP plan, develop and implement special projects & programs
  2. Pull and analyse data from different internal sources, key industry benchmarks, and emerging trends to deliver high quality and actionable customer centric product / feature proposals. Portfolio monitoring as per triggers
  3. Develop detailed product specifications in collaboration with business, risk, and development teams. Product programs drafting & approvals for launch of new projects/products
  4. Manage business reports, dashboards MIS, analytics & presentation for management review & decision making.
  5. Business forecasting, budgeting, provisioning, monitoring and maintaining COA for ICV business
  6. OEM -Manufacturer relationship and assist programs
  7. Execution and project tracking of IT initiatives on automation for business re-engineering, system enhancements, digitization etc.
  8. Creation of BRD, testing & deployment of all new features, system enhancements or products w.r.t to ICV business vertical
  9. Ensure compliance to Policies & Processes coordination and all regulatory matters and other statutory bodies
  10. ICV products scheme & IRR management - scheme proposals, approvals, creation & performance tracking
  11. Competition benchmarking – Extensive monitoring of Scheme, Policy and performance, Approvals for Sales/Dealer contest, Launching & driving dealer or employee sales contests
  12. Creation of employee incentive policy, monitoring, tracking & publishing the results with closure of payables
  13. Provide comprehensive service for all business needs w.r.t to Head office deliverables. Extend full support & assistance to field team in driving & achieving the AOP numbers
  14. Represent ICV & co-ordinate with cross functional teams for any support required to deliver on business needs
