Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Systems and Tools Digitization Manager to lead the transformation of our HR technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and an in-depth understanding of digitization processes and technology project management. This role involves assessing current systems, identifying areas for improvement, overseeing the implementation of new digital solutions, and ensuring the seamless integration of tools that enhance our HR capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the selection, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of HR systems, such as HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), employee engagement platforms, and other HR-related tools.

  • Work closely with IT and other stakeholders to ensure HR systems are effectively integrated with other enterprise software and that data flows seamlessly between platforms.

  • Establish and maintain data integrity protocols and standards across all HR systems.

  • Utilize HR analytics tools to provide actionable insights to the HR team and business leaders, helping inform decision-making and strategy.

  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to educate HR staff and end-users on new systems and digital tools.

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HR systems, serving as the primary liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors.

  • Ensure that all HR systems comply with data protection regulations and are secure from cyber threats.

  • Collaborate with compliance officers and IT security personnel to conduct regular audits of the HR systems and to update privacy policies as necessary.

  • Manage relationships with HR technology vendors and service providers.

  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage projects to digitize HR processes, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.

  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HRIS certification is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR systems management or HR process digitization, with a proven track record of successful technology implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and data, coupled with expertise in the most current HR technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Superior communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities.
  • High level of proficiency in data analysis and making data-driven decisions.
