Technical/ Functional Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Derivation: Develop clear, concise, and testable system requirements for electric vehicle components and subsystems, including V2X, infotainment, and ADAS.
- System Modelling: Create and maintain detailed system models to simulate and analyse the performance and interactions of EV systems.
- Requirements Management: Manage and update system requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project objectives and industry standards.
- V2X Integration: Design and implement vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication systems to enhance vehicle connectivity and safety.
- Infotainment Systems: Develop and integrate advanced infotainment systems, ensuring seamless user experience and connectivity.
- ADAS Development: Design and implement ADAS features to improve vehicle safety and driver assistance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, document, and validate system architecture and interfaces.
- Traceability: Ensure traceability from requirements through design, implementation, and validation using the V-model approach.
- Compliance: Ensure all designs and systems comply with industry safety and performance standards like ISO26262, knowledge of HARA, FSC, TSC.
- Regulatory: Knowledge of cybersecurity requirements and R155 / R156 to ensure the compliance of controller and vehicle network, should have handled project of Cybersecurity compliance and certification, knowledge of steps involved like CSMS, TARA execution and approval process
- Innovation: Research and implement new technologies to improve electric vehicle performance, efficiency, and user experience.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing, quality assurance, and other teams during vehicle production.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for electric vehicle systems, including specifications, test results, and maintenance procedures.
- Communication: Regularly communicate with project managers, stakeholders, and clients about project status, risks, and opportunities.
Tools:
- Familiar with System Engineering tools like Polarion, Doors, PreeVision, JIRA
- Should be hands on for usage of these tools in day today activities
- Knowledge of ALM and PLM integration
- Knowledge of PLM platform like Teamcenter is preferred

- Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to electric vehicles, V2X communication, infotainment systems, and ADAS.
