5. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Anticipating of new technological projects and Budgeting (revenue -projects, captial and fixed)

2. Agreements and their renewals with support service providers

3. Liscense renewals

4. Filing all scheduled statutory returns

5. Preparation for welfare related matters

6. Prepration of holiday calendar in discussionw ith works committee

7. Review legal compliance and performance of service providers montly

8. Review of various safety audits for further improvement

9. Mock drills organized for better emergency preparedness

10. Payroll

11. Counseling and disciplinary actions- miscounducts/habitual absenteesm

12. To establish good communication with employees through various committees and resolve genuine issues to improve and sustain industrail harmony.

13. To organize external audits-safety, labour/factory act audit, CGWA, Pollution control board audit

14. Monitoring of factory equipment and environmental equipments

15. Sustainance of OCH and annual health check up of BAL employees

16. Employee Enagagment- Scheduling and organizing plant level events.

17. BAVA- IR and Legal coordination and support and Clean India Mission
