1. Overview and knowledge about the product 2. Factory related Statutory requirements 3. Negotiating skills and Influencing 4. Good understanding of the psychological characteristics of employee groups and individuals 5. Expertise in Union Negotiations with prior experience of signing Long-Term settlement. 6. In-depth knowledge of IMS standards 7. In-depth understanding of plant context to carry out administrative activities / decision making related to employee benefits (transport, canteen, uniform), gardening, housekeeping, Security, DIMH 8. Contract Labor Management 9. Liaison with government authorities: CGWA, Pollution Control, CPCB, Labour Commissionerate, District Admin. & Police 10. 5. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |
|
|
1. Anticipating new technological projects and Budgeting (revenue -projects, capital and fixed) 2. Agreements and their renewals with support service providers 3. License renewals 4. Filing all scheduled statutory returns 5. Preparation for welfare related matters 6. Preparation of holiday calendar in discussion with works committee 7. Review legal compliance and performance of service providers monthly 8. Review of various safety audits for further improvement 9. Mock drills organized for better emergency preparedness 10. Monitoring & ensuring smooth functioning of various committees setup in the plant 11. Counseling and disciplinary actions- misconduct/habitual absenteeism 12. To establish good communication with employees through various committees and resolve genuine issues to improve and sustain industrial harmony. 13. To organize external audits-safety, labor/factory act audit, CGWA, Pollution control board audit 14. Monitoring of factory equipment and environmental equipment’s 15. Sustenance of OCH and annual health checkup of BAL employees 16. Employee Engagement- Scheduling and organizing plant level events. 17. BAVA- IR and Legal coordination and support and Clean India Mission |
