Job Roles and Responsibilities
|
Country Manager for Service:
|
Service systems & Process management:
Deploy BAL standard systems/processes & capture Service data of country
Analyze Service data and derive gaps and actionables
|
|
Develop service plans in discussion with Distributor & guide/monitor their execution
Guide Distributor on management of his Service Organization and reporting systems
|
|
Product management:
Capture feedback from Stakeholders on Product & Service
Analyze product concerns and conduct detailed study on the top concerns
Record and report product concerns to BAL technical team for product improvement
|

Conduct detailed benchmarking of competition products & ongoing improvements
Service Channel management:
|
|
Plan/guide Distributor on Service Channel development
Deploy Service SOPs & infrastructure of channel partners as per Guidelines
Ensure SKD & CKD assembly at Distributor and Channel as per standards
|
|
|
|
|
|
Business development:
Conceptualize & implement/ organize service promotional campaigns,
Develop & deploy Service Systems & processes
|
|
|
|
|
|
Warranty management:
|
|
Spare parts management: Guide/monitor Spare parts distribution, stock & ordering.
|
|
Capability development: Build capability of Distributor team & conduct periodic training to enhance their capability and of the Channel as required
