Job Role & Responsibilities
|
Role:
- Review drawing of hardware in Workflow to identify errors with respect to standard practice and get it corrected before release.
- Experience in reading and understanding of international / Indian standards and applying the learnings in creation of Ahead Bajaj Standard.
- Review on need for new Part number requirement in hardware with existing parts already available.
- Review on the requirement of new model Code for vehicle and create.
- Review Export Model Request Form for deciding use of existing code (possibility of rationalization) or need for new code.
- Initiate proposals for rationalization and cost saving based on standardization.
- Procurement / Uploading of standards, handbooks in portal. Update / maintain records and clear for payment.

Technical/ Functional:
- Basic understanding of Drawing / Standards.
- Diligence, Keen eye to detect deviations/ error possibilities.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD / UG
- Follow systems, proactively initiate actions for improvement.
- Quick Response in case of urgency, with project plan in mind but not compromising on Quality.
