Educational Prerequisites:

Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech /M Tech Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Automobile Engineering

Preferably Registered Patent Agent or LLB

Age: 24- 35

Experience: 4-6 years

Job Responsibilities:

Technical:

• Conducting patent Search & technical analysis of Prior arts to decide FTO/ Infringement/ Patentability/ Invalidity: Shall demonstrate Strong patent searching skills through requisite technical knowledge to provide useful technical insights/ opinions.
• Drafting of patent applications (provisional/ Complete), Formulation of claims to protect the inventions in an effective manner.
• Coordinating with R&D design Team members and internal stakeholders to stimulate patent filing & innovation and to collect necessary technical details and information.
• Prosecution of Patent Applications (India/ International): Preparing detail technical response for objections raised in examination reports. Support in IP enforcement, Opposition matters and Litigation cases.
• Search, review & analyse competitor patents and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to identify potential risk & opportunities.
• Coordinating with various Patent attorneys for international filing & maintenance of the patent & design registrations.
• Managing IP Portfolio and ensuring IP rights are accurately maintained.
