Digital tech should help customers & users access the company more intuitively and provide world class experience. At Bajaj Auto, we are looking for a talented leader who is passionate about delivering frictionless digital products aligning with the overall digital transformation program needs of the organisation. The ideal candidate will be driving the digital tech strategy and manage “end-to-end” digital operations portfolio for all front-end Digital programs. Should be self-directed, care as much about customer / user experience, be focussed on enabling agile methods and be passionate to build high impact software products. Key responsibilities: 1. Align digital tech strategy to business strategy/vision. Evaluate new and existing Digital Technology Products and partners and keep the digital tech stack up-to-date and future-proof. 2. Establish and align overall delivery management of all digital programs & work closely with the product management team to ensure deployments happen at agreed sprints & review SLAs 3. Define and review system/application architecture in alignment with overall enterprise architecture. 4. Setup and manage centralized Helpdesk operations to provide excellent experience to users, and review SLAs. 2 | P a g e 5. Prepare and monitor budgets, and review expenses to ensure they are within budget limits 6. Implement & manage tech products and platforms, work closely with partners, and ensure perceived objectives are met. Evaluate & monitor overall sizing requirements and ensure the digital platforms cater to the need of scale up. 7. Set-up, implement and monitor centralized API highway to manage all API operations efficiently. 8. Finalize product licensing metric & price with partners and review product licensing to ensure the license utilization are within limits and take up new/additional requirements 9. Establish and review processes to ensure the defined and agreed standards are followed and take up any deviations. Ensure delivery of new digital projects and same time manage legacy system maintenance & requirements. 10. Set-up, manage, and govern master data to ensure master data requirements are met for all Digital Programs Key Stakeholders • Internal : Product management team members, MIS, Analytics team, Sales – Unit Presidents and Vice presidents, Finance, Audit & Legal Compliance. • External : Product and platform companies.
