  • AM is the local custodian of the brand.
  • The job is to ensure that the brand is represented as per guidelines across all touchpoints including at the event activations.
  • Execution of all the consumer-related HO driven interventions. These have to be executed with the highest standards as per guidelines.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Qualification: MBA

 

Location: Bangalore -  Handling South Region

 

Biking inclination preferred; Travelling required across North of India.

  • Rider & Community Management (RCM) in high end bike competition companies (preferred)
  • Trade Marketing Roles in FMCG companies
  • Owns a 2-wheeler/rides a 2-wheeler (motorcycle) / has an intent of riding out
  • Local digital marketing experience
  • Worked on a communication plan for any product/launch or done any collaterals development for any product
  • Working experience with 3rd party vendors and channel partners

Property promotion and participation

  • Ensure RCM Promo assets availability and execution as per guidelines.
  • Engage with ASM and Showrooms to drive event registrations.
  • Ensure execution of local RCM events with the set standards.
  • Close feedback loop from the Participants.
  • Maintain MIS for numbers, approvals, budgets, participation

App

 

 

  • Roll out beta testing, on-board testers, create routes
  • Manage content generation and local quests
  • Map dealer-led rides in the app

Community building

 

 

 

  • Identify - Riders, influencers, brand advocates, clubs, communities
  • Initiate & propose collaborations and get them on the app
  • Formulate and execute community building across the region.

Alliances

 

 

  • Identify potential local alliances and suggest and execute engagement strategies with them.
  • Review, engage and monitor the alliance performance

Capability

 

 

  • Build Network capability through training dealer team on RCM activities.

RCM as Sales Lever

  • Conduct and drive all the RCM activities which will be sales Enablers.
  • Monitor these activities on parameters of actual outcome v/s expected outcome.
  • Set up a strong PDCA culture through which quick changes in strategies are thought of if impact of the outcome is muted.

Digital leads

Dealership sales point actions

  • Develop Regional Marketing plans and localized Social media strategy
  • Manage agencies at the regional level for BTL, social media, creatives & PR
  • Generate digital leads and manage dealer pages
  • Coordinate with Marketing for brand campaign assets

Market Understanding

  • Spotting trends in local markets and sharing customer inputs with HO
  • Work closely in the market to understand the competitor moves specially related to their consumer related interactions.
