Job Responsibilities
|

- Manage end-to-end supplier identification, evaluation, and onboarding
- Lead business finalization for KTM product sourcing
- Handle RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes, including analysis and supplier comparisons
- Negotiate pricing for parts and tooling to achieve cost optimization
- Plan and manage supplier capacity to meet production requirements
- Ensure adherence to sourcing schedules and project timelines
- Drive project management activities in coordination with cross-functional teams
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure delivery commitments are met
- Conduct data analysis, generate reports, and provide actionable insights
- Identify risks and implement effective solutions within the supply chain

Additional Requirements
|
- Strong expertise in cost analysis and price finalization, including in-depth knowledge of product costing, machine hour rates, and current market price trends
- Sound knowledge of Press and Fabrication as well as Polymer commodities and components
- Exposure to manufacturing processes such as Forging & Machining, Casting & Machining, and proprietary products will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating high ownership, initiative, and a self-driven approach
