  1. JOB PURPOSE

The Analytics Manager will work closely with leaders across product, sales, and marketing to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions. The role holder shall ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures for better understanding the customer and market data.

5. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Transform business data into actionable, insightful analytics, and provide direction to multiple business stakeholders. Create a unified view of data across BU and drive alignment.

2. Lead the engagement with stakeholders to define requirements, speedy and accurate data collection, and convert into meaningful MIS reports

3.  Work closely with BU leadership to anchor key business engagements like quarterly & annual reviews, board meetings, monthly media engagements.

4. Anchor monthly & quarterly business updates - retails, exports, sales projections, competitive trends, pricing & profitability.

5. Identify, develop and work with external agencies to source competitive business intelligence reports and analysis.

6. Custodian of market research operations, macro-economic research, identify & anchor relationship with research agencies, lead BU level research execution such as brand tracks, translate marketing research briefs into execution.

7. Anchor the marketing budgets for BU. Define the key marketing activities and drive alighment on marketing spends between VP, Marketing & regions.

8. Constantly suggest and drive process improvements in sales planning, budget management and market research
