KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

 

   

The Program Manager is responsible for driving and overseeing the Overall Program Management of the Business Transformation Agenda for the Spares business unit. Key responsibilities include managing the current Order-to-Cash (O2C) process re-engineering and planning future strategic initiatives, as well as providing Program Management of Priority 1 Growth Initiatives across the Spares organization. The role involves coordinating efforts, tracking milestones, and dashboarding top initiatives on behalf of the President.

 

Business Transformation Program Management

  • Lead the Overall Program Management of the Business Transformation Agenda.
  • Oversee the Re-engineering of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, focusing on improving fill rates, reducing lead times, and optimizing inventory.
  • Manage the implementation of the Auto Replenishment System from warehouse to distributor level.
  • Plan and manage future strategic initiatives, including Dynamic Buffer norms, Retailer Segmentation, MTO Process, and Price Elasticity testing.
  • Define and break down all initiatives into projects with clear deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
  • Regularly align and get sign-off from top management on Deliverables, Budgets, Timelines, and project priorities.

2. Priority 1 Growth Initiatives & Dashboarding

  • Provide Program Management of Priority 1 Growth Initiatives across the Spares Organisation.
  • Manage the process of Dashboarding top Initiatives and presenting progress on behalf of the President.
  • Coordinate internal digital platform / IT teams for data, reports, and other requirements.

3. Validation & Review (as part of Program Deliverables)

  • Oversee validation processes including:
    • Master Data - Model part mapping.
    • Geography & Territory Mapping.
    • Projected Demand - Part level.
    • Royalty Calculations.
    • Incentive payouts - Spares & BGO.
  • Manage validation of Serviceability/Alternate update / BU update - Authorization.
  • Be part of all availability reviews for Spares, VOR & BGO.
  • Coordinate all interfaces - Warehouse, Materials & service.
  • Manage the process for the Approval of Sales Return.
