KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communications Strategy & Planning: Own the PR roadmap and editorial calendar across brands. Define proactive narratives, align reactive responses, and set clear targets (coverage, SOV, reach). Act as a strategic advisor to leadership and cross-functional teams    
  • Media Relations & Thought Leadership: Lead all media engagement across auto, business, and tech press. Drive consistent, high-quality coverage through proactive pitching and strong relationships. Orchestrate press events, launches, and media experiences. Build executive visibility via interviews, bylines, and speaking opportunities.
  • Content Creation: Own end-to-end development of PR content—press releases, key messages, executive communication, and media assets. Ensure clarity, consistency, and strong storytelling across all outputs
  • Internal Communications: Drive structured communication to dealers, employees, and partners. Deliver newsletters, town halls, and internal messaging aligned to business priorities.
  • Social Media Amplification: Partner with digital teams to amplify earned media and leadership content. Ensure consistent visibility across platforms, especially during launches and key moments.
  • Crisis & Issues Management: Lead rapid-response communication with defined SOPs, holding statements, and stakeholder alignment. Manage sensitive issues with speed, clarity, and control to protect brand reputation.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Track and report PR performance—coverage volume, SOV, reach, sentiment, and executive visibility. Deliver actionable insights through regular dashboards and refine strategy based on data
