Role Title: Manager – Network, Infrastructure, & Dealer Development
Function: Customer Experience & Network Development Business Unit: Probiking Location: Akurdi (includes Travel) Reporting To: LX


Role Purpose -
The role is responsible for planning, governing, and executing commercial infrastructure development across the Probiking dealer network. The incumbent will own LOI/LOA-led infrastructure rollout, ensure Corporate Identity (CI) compliance, and drive quality, cost discipline, and scalability across new setups, upgrades, and network expansion initiatives.


The role requires strong commercial judgement, infrastructure execution capability, and cross-functional coordination, with dealer development handled primarily from a governance and compliance standpoint.

Key Responsibilities -


1. Commercial Infrastructure Development & Rollout

  • Lead end-to-end infrastructure development for new dealerships, relocations, expansions, and upgrades
  • Translate approved LOIs / LOAs into executable infrastructure plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure dealership and workshop infrastructure adheres to Probiking CI, quality, safety, and durability standards
    Drive timely execution across metro, Tier-2, and Tier-3 markets, balancing speed with quality

2. LOI / LOA, Legal & Commercial Governance

  • Own end-to-end administration and tracking of all issued LOIs and LOAs
  • Coordinate with Legal and Finance for dealership agreements, amendments, renewals, and closures
  • Ensure compliance to approved commercial terms, investment thresholds, and governance norms
  • Support dealership closures, terminations, or restructuring from an infra and commercial closure lens.

 

3. Corporate Identity (CI) & Quality Assurance

  • Govern CI implementation across dealerships and workshops, ensuring:
  • Visual and brand consistency
  • Cost discipline
  • Ease of maintenance and longevity
  • Review and approve layouts, elevations, BOQs, cost estimates, and rollout plans
  • Drive corrective actions in case of CI deviations, quality lapses, or execution gaps


4. Vendor & Partner Ecosystem Management

  • Manage and govern CI, signage, civil, and fit-out vendors
  • Lead commercial negotiations for infrastructure-related spends within approved budgets
  • Ensure adherence to PQCD (Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery) parameters
  • Address vendor performance issues and execution risks proactively


5. Financial & Commercial Oversight

  • Evaluate dealer infrastructure proposals from a ROI, breakeven, and sustainability perspective
  • Review dealer financials where required to assess infra investment viability
  • Ensure alignment with Finance on cost approvals, POs, invoicing, and payments


6. Network Expansion & Format Deployment

  • Support network expansion by assessing site feasibility, infra readiness, and format suitability
  • Enable rollout of different dealership formats (full-scale & satellite)
  • Support Company-Owned Dealer-Operated (CODO) and special format initiatives, where applicable


7. Dealer Development (Secondary Focus)

  • Support dealer onboarding and induction from an infrastructure readiness standpoint
  • Provide governance inputs on dealer compliance to CI, infra norms, and rollout commitments
  • Coordinate with Sales and Service teams to ensure infrastructure supports business and CX goals
