Role

Role Description

 IRU: To ensure defect free supplies and receipt of export Goods (Product & Spares) and Resolve the IRU issues reported by the Distributor team

 

PDI: To ensure defect free vehicle supplies to Channels from Mfg./ Assembly Plant to Distributor.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely updating of IB IRU system data.
  • Collaborate with Plant, Service Managers, vendors, and other internal departments to gather technical specifications, images, and other relevant data, cross-verifying for accuracy against standard references.
  • To co-ordinate with the Plant & Distributor team to assimilate information related to conformance in CKD packing.
  • Support in creation of Portal login for new Distributors for Uploading/ Assigning IRU claims.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new Distributor and Service teams on IRU processes and portal data management best practices.
  • Understand the defects and in coordination with Plant provide solutions to resolve the defects.
  • Share PDI check list with Service team understand the problems reported and share with Plant for resolution
  • Prepare the approved parts list and ensure that the approved parts are dispatched.
  • Management report for IRU and PDI to be shared monthly.
  • Develop and digitize IRU and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) reports for enhanced efficiency and accessibility.
  • To finalize and share Impress parts list to the Distributors and ensure that Order has been placed.
