Job Purpose
The role will act as a strategic enabler for International Business digital initiatives across global markets. The incumbent will serve as the central SPOC for all digital campaigns and digital ecosystem management across export geographies, ensuring strong digital presence, performance marketing effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.
The role will closely work with country teams, distributors, internal stakeholders, and external agencies to strengthen digital capability, enhance customer reach, and drive consistent brand visibility across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
· Act as the central SPOC for digital marketing initiatives across international geographies.
· Drive planning, execution, and governance of digital campaigns across export markets.
· Partner with country teams and distributors to develop market-wise digital action plans aligned with business priorities.
· Ensure consistency in brand communication and digital execution across regions.
Website Management & Digital Ecosystem
· Coordinate with digital agencies for development, enhancement, and sustenance of websites across 100+ export countries.
· Ensure timely updates, localization, optimization, and maintenance of country-specific websites.
· Drive SEO strategy and improve AI/LLM readability of websites to enhance discoverability across search engines and AI-powered search platforms.
· Monitor website performance, usability, and content effectiveness to improve customer engagement.
Performance Marketing & Media Planning
· Support media planning and execution across performance marketing channels including:
o Meta Ads
o Google Ads
o YouTube Ads
· Analyse campaign effectiveness, optimize spends, and track performance KPIs.
· Work closely with agencies on campaign briefs, targeting strategy, reporting, and performance analysis.
Distributor Digital Capability Building
· Partner with distributor teams to enhance their digital marketing capabilities and execution standards.
· Develop and deploy digital media SOPs, frameworks, and best practices across markets.
· Guide distributor teams on tech stack utilization, campaign planning, analytics, and digital governance.
Analytics & Reporting
· Track and monitor campaign performance metrics, website analytics, and digital engagement KPIs.
· Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager for campaign measurement and optimization.
· Generate insights and recommendations to improve digital effectiveness and ROI.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education
· Graduate in Media & Communications or allied fields.
Experience
· 7–10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in international business/global markets.
· Experience managing multi-country digital campaigns and agency coordination.
· Prior exposure to automotive, consumer, or global brands will be an advantage.
· Previous work experience in agencies such as Sokrati, iProspect, Social Beat, WATConsult and similar firms will be an additional advantage.
Technical & Functional Skills
· Strong understanding of performance marketing and media planning.
· Hands-on experience with:
o Meta Ads
o Google Ads
o YouTube Ads
o Google Analytics
· Knowledge of SEO, website optimization, and emerging AI/LLM search trends.
· Familiarity with website CMS platforms and digital marketing tech stacks.
