1. JOB PURPOSE

 

 

 

 

 

Digital project manager is responsible for Digital transformation of the business. Key responsibilities include - Identifying business requirements, mapping the digital tranformation journey and coordinating with all stakeholders to manage project wise milestones and timelines and quantifying business benefits.

Project Management:
1. Understanding the current gaps and Business requirements which should be fulfilled with Digital initiatives.
2. Identifying and mapping all digital initiatives as part of the Digital transformation journey for the Business.
3. Breaking down all initiatives into Digital projects with clear deliverables, timelines and budgets. 4. Aligning the top management and getting sign off on Deliverables, Budgets, Timelines and project priorities.
5. Aligning with internal digital platform / IT teams for data requirements, reports and other requirements.
6. Identifying external digital partners suitable for each project streams with the help of internal teams and management.
7. Negotiation with external partners on cost, timelines and deliverables.
8. Managing deliverables and timelines with all stakeholders towards project completion.
9. Regular communication and coordination with all stakeholders towards project deliverables and reports.
10. Data Management and Record keeping -
a) Spare parts retailers - Active and New
b) Retail value and regularly billed retailers
