  • Should be an ‘ideas’ person
  • Deep understanding of youth culture, creator ecosystems and digital trends.
  • Comfortable on shoots, rides, events and community meets.
  • Good understanding of social media tools and analytics
  • Passion for motorcycles is a big plus

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and execute social media strategy for KTM & Triumph in India across Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook and emerging platforms.
  • Create content calendars that balance brand storytelling, product highlights, community culture, and real-world riding experiences.
  • Conceptualize and produce content — reels, films, static posts, ride stories, influencer/creator collaborations, behind-the-scenes.
  • Manage creators, photographers, filmmakers, agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Be the voice of the rider community — engage, respond, listen, and bring insights back to the brand team.
  • Track performance: reach, engagement, followers, BSQ lift, ORM sentiment — and continuous improvement.
  • Spot cultural trends early and translate them into relevant content ideas.
  • Own social media budgets and content production timelines.
