JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Program Management : 
2. 1. Lead end to end project management of digital programs for the business unit : Assess business needs, devise solutions, work with Digital and Tech to implement and drive those solutions, budget management, and prioritization.    
   2. Lead new category expansion programs : work closely with cross functional teams of R&D, Plant, Finance, Field teams and external partners to develop new product categories, Design and execute pilots, Scale up on successful pilots.

2. BU reviews :
1. Design frameworks to assess dealer and field performance
2. Facilitate ASM and CH reviews on business performance – Volume, MS, Dealer 8A
3. Drive execution of actions concluded in business reviews.

3)              Business Intelligence :

1. Design and develop dashboards to assess business performance for sales and service.
2. Provide insightful automated reports to BU leadership enabling data driven decisions

4. Customer Experience :
1. Own the customer experience framework across the customer lifecycle.
2. Work with cross functional teams of Digital and Tech, Marketing, Sales and Service to execute CX initiatives.

5. Executive support to President :
1. Provide executive support to president by organizing reviews and planning meetings.
2. Develop presentations for key business reviews like CMC, BRC, Board meetings etc.
3. Work closely with BU leadership in executing key actions from various business reviews.
