  1. JOB PURPOSE

 

1.Monitoring of Water & Air distribution system and comply with company policies and government rules and regulations. Central services for Motorcycle, 3Wheeler, 4Wheeler & SPD plants in one location.

 

2. Operations and maintenance of utilities like Air Compressors, Chillers, RO Plants, Water treatment plant, ETP/STP, AHU (Air handling unit), Air conditioning systems and allied utility equipments.

 

3. Monitor maintenance of recycled water equipment and distribution system

 

4.Monitoring AMC of Shutter repairing, Forklifts repairing and water coolers,etc.

 

5.Monitor maintenance of company pool vehicles

 

6.Provision of Mechanical utilities (Air, Water, LPG, fuel pipes etc.) for new projects or new equipment’s

 

7. Operation and maintenance of 2 no’s of 4000 KVA DG sets.

 

8. Maintenance of firefighting system / Pumps etc.

Educational Qualifications

BE (Mechanical) from Premium or renowned institute.

  Preferable Govt Engineering Colleges in Maharashtra.

Work Ex`p

Min:  3 Years

Max:

 7 Years

Industry Specification

  Preferably from Automobile OEM

 Addnl Requirements

Knowledge about the manufacturing of Automobile products

Preferred Vernacular Language:

  English/Hindi/Marathi

Min:24 Yrs

Max: 30 Yrs

Technical
  • Should possess requisite knowledge of mechanical utilities like Compressor, Chillers, RO Plant, Water treatment plant, ETP/STP etc.
  • Should have innovative approach for doing improvements in related subjects, including new technology in the field.
  • Should be achievement oriented and possess leadership qualities.
  • Knowledge of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 systems is essential

6. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Role Based - Std Library)
  1. Operations and maintenance of all mechanical utilities.
  2. Provision of all mechanical utilities for installation of new projects or modifications in existing layouts / mfg shops.
  3. Monitoring of consumption (water, fuel etc) and actions for reduction of the same in the plant.
  4. Ensure availability of all related spare parts of the equipment used in the work area.
  5. Interface with all internal and external stakeholders for smooth function of the dept.
  6. Able to co-ordinate and get work done through contractors
