KEY PERFORMANCE AREA

 

·         Responsible for achieving volume targets for the area 

·         Responsible for achieving Finance Penetration targets for the area 

·         Responsible for increase in number of Finance Customers with Dealership/S and channels of main dealer

·         To execute special schemes for festivals and conducting loan melas, outside showroom activities

·        To increase Insurance Penetration on total sales on quarterly basis quality improvement 

 

 

ROLE PROFILE/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·         Managing a team of off-roll sales DMAs to ensure sales and penetration at the dealership as per the target

·         Actively interacting with dealers/channels and customers to sell loan products

·         Ensure all the documents of customer are verified in originals

·         Verify customers’ details in LOS & submit It immediately. Physical agreement & repayment instrument dispatch within TAT.

·         Effectively compare our finance schemes with competition finance schemes.

·         Maintain & improve the relationship with the Dealer/S & address issues/queries on daily basis  

·         Monitoring the competition activity in dealership & location  

·         Ensuring 100% cash deposition within TAT.

·         ASC/ Branch visit of dealer (Network Visit)  

·         Enquiry management & follow up on open enquiries  

·         Conversion of all leads (Web/Tele/Rural) - work in open market to generate leads.

·         Collection of RC, resolution of FEMI, non-starter on regular basis as per the targets  

·         Ensure adherence to other quality parameters like repayments & Post disbursal documents like RC, eNACH etc.
