Experience: Minimum 3 Years on roll Experience, preferably in / Financial Services/ Banking

Summary Role Profile (4-5 lines):

The Credit Manager should have extensive experience (min 3 years) in risk and credit in an NBFC / Bank.  He should have enough knowledge of Geography / Area. Familiar with assessing credit using online and third-party tools. He should have good communication ability to train CPA executive & Sales DMA on credit policy & process. A short stint in sales will be an added advantage; this will give him a well-rounded perspective on business aspects.

2. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Nil lapses in process same can be measured by way of all hind sighting, Login FTNR, FI Quality, Audit & RCU Reports, PDD Tracking etc.
