Job Purpose
|
The purpose of this role is to lead and manage a team of frontline sales executives to achieve the area’s finance volume targets, increase market penetration, and strengthen dealer relationships. The position ensures effective execution of sales strategies, expansion through alternate channels, and improvement of portfolio quality. It also focuses on developing team capabilities, maintaining compliance and documentation standards, resolving escalations, and enhancing overall productivity to support the organization’s growth and market share objectives. |
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a team of executives/officers/sr. Officers (front line sales)
- Increase penetration & support BAL in growing market share through frontline sales team
- To ensure sale of finance schemes to customers (within & outside dealership) as per the targets through the front line sales team
- Maintain & improve the relationship with the dealers through frontline sales team
- Resolve the issues escalated by frontline sales team & the dealers
- Acquiring more customers through ADC/rural channel
- Market intelligence / planning & executing activities, lead generation/sourcing
- Managing the team of executives w.r.t. Compliance/policy adherence & regular network visits & managing dcc portfolio
- Femi/ns – collection of FEMI bounce case & nonstarter (DCC/NDCC)
- Resolution of customer complaints
- Coordinate with training team to improve the efficiency of the frontline sales team
- Interview & selects DMAs/CSMs and recommend the same to RM & ho for final approval
- Understand various reports & take corrective action with the dealership & frontline sales team
- Maintain & improve the productivity of front line sales team
- Responsible for PDD i.e., post disbursal docs viz., RC details etc.
- Update RMs on daily/weekly basis w.r.t. Targets vs achieved & escalate the issues to them

- Responsible for achieving volume targets for the area on quarterly basis through his team
- Sales penetration
- Responsible for overlooking increase in number of finance customers with dealerships on quarterly basis
- To administer, launch and smooth initiation of special schemes for festivals and conducting loan melas etc. In tandem with the RM/ZM
- Acquiring more customers by utilizing alternate channels i.e. ADC / rural
Quality improvement
- Responsible for supervising front line sales team to maintain minimum dcc arrears and NDCC FEMI bounces, reduce the ns cases
- Responsible for maintaining credit document quality by regular audits of the team
Team management
- Responsible for training and development of the front line sales team
- Coordinating with training team to improve team performance
- Resolving queries of team and guiding them to achieve 100% targets
