Job Purpose

Managing a team of Off Roll sales DMAs to ensure Zero Repo Stock level by liquidating vehicles with Refinance credit facility as per target

Key Responsibilities

  1. Add Broker network and Enrolment of Channel partners with SD for faster liquidation of Repossessed Stock

  3. Getting Best Refinance Prices of vehicles and reducing losses of the organization
  4. Generate Leads through market activities, tele marketing, etc.
  5. Maintain & improve the relationship with the dealer/s, Broker network, Channel Partners & address issues/queries on daily basis
  6. Keep the ASM updated on daily basis w.r.t. targets vs achievements & market developments
  7. Verification of all documents, w.r.t. customers e.g. KYC, customer personal information, documents received through Brokers and Channel Partners, in line with company policy
  8. Ensure all the documents w.r.t. customer are verified in originals and scan & fill various customers’ details in ICAS & submit it immediately.
  9. Ensure that job execution is within the company laid policy & processes applicable to the refinance product
  10. To ensure use of proper scheme groups and schemes as per the nature of transaction
  11. Understand & explain all the schemes to the customers
  12. Maintain TAT for decision on case & speedy disbursement TAT
  13. There should be no breach of code of conduct and involvement into any practices not allowed by the organization – Keeping Integrity high
  14. Refinance MOB 1 to 12 cases collection responsibility

Key Performance Indicators

  1. Responsible for achieving volume targets for the area.
  2. Driving 1-12MOB cases collection and ensure to keep it in 0 bucket if it not critical case.
  3. Responsible for getting best prices from market and keep Actual Selling Price > MSP in at least 75% of the vehicles
  4. Use more of sourcing channels like Diamond Channel partners, Broker network to take care of customer requirements which BFL cannot or want to avoid getting into.
  5. To explore the refurbishment facility to do more refinance volume and get better prices in place of giving it for scrap sale.
  6. File TAT should be 100% within TAT
  7. Hind sighting errors should be <5% and 0% in critical documents specific to refinance product
  8. Repayment should be more than 95% within the TAT
  9. FEMI should be less than 2%
