Summary Role Profile/Job Responsibilities
|
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance
- End-to-end QA testing for Loan Origination Systems (LOS), underwriting platforms, and servicing software to ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and accurate loan processing.
- Collaboration with business analysts and developers to translate loan workflows/BRD into effective test scenarios.
- Test plan creation and execution for diverse loan products, including auto loans.
- Functional, regression, and UAT testing performed for new features, upgrades, and bug fixes.
- Loan Origination System validation of workflows across products, ensuring compliance and integration with third-party systems (credit bureaus, KYC, dedupe).
- Loan Management System (Pennant) testing for repayment schedules, EMI tracking, interest calculations, restructuring, delinquency handling, and closure for secured and unsecured loans.
2. Vendor Management
- Coordinate with vendors to understand FSD, assess the impact on regular system operations, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Leveraged JIRA to document, track, and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution and improved system reliability.

Skill Sets Required
|
- Quality Assurance:
- Proven experience in defining and tracking service quality metrics.
- Ability to identify service gaps and drive process enhancements.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting, escalation, and stakeholder updates.
- Ability to explain issues to non‑technical users and developers.
- Additional Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of SQL, Bug tracking tools JIRA, API monitoring, Postman, Excel Knowledge.
- Knowledge of Selenium automation tool.
