ROLE PROFILE/JOB RESPONSIBILITY

 

  • Manage day to day central operations activities like vendor management, customer communications, Fair Practice Code, Collateral documents, projects, Compliance and data management
  • Manage other NBFC operations & reconciliation activities
  • Monitor service and process quality of front end & back end operations
  • Monitor and control the CRM out of TAT cases
  • Manage process compliances through stringent control measures
  • RCAs of the processes / Improvements thru RCAs
  • SPOC for all customer Communications (Text/Voice) for all departments
  • Co-ordination/Negotiations/Bill payments of vendors
  • System Enhancements and issue resolutions

 

KPA

  • Resolution of all escalations & Complaints within TAT
  • Quality monitoring of the processes and Improvements
  • RCAs and Improvement in the processes to control escalations
  • Customer Communication and commercials management
  • Filed and HO team support
  • Improvement in operations process & data analysis

 

SKILL SET REQUIRED

  • Customer centric attitude
  • MS office/excel competent
  • Quality oriented & a certification will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
