ROLES & RESPONSIBILTY
- Knowledge of basic SDLC cycle
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant Salesforce basics certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified admin etc..) – Not mandatory but an added plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Basic knowledge of retail loan and workflow based implementations or in a similar environment with 7-8 years of experience
- Experience of Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose innovative solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure the best practices for code quality, performance, and scalability.
Added skills and advantages in candidate will help but not mandatory to have
- Worked in capacity of Salesforce Developer, with expertise in Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
